AMA Obesity Classification & Insurance Coverage

 We have received several emails asking about the new AMA reclassification of obesity as a disease and how this will affect health insurance coverage for obesity treatment. We expect it to have a favorable impact on health care coverage, but it will vary by plan and insurance provider as well as by state.
