This time of year when the air turns chilly I love to cook hearty stews. I’ve found since having WLS stews are easily tolerated and a great way to incorporate vegetables and fiber in my diet. There are so many great flavors to explore the palate is engaged and satisfied. Here are three of my favorite Autumn Stews. I hope you’ll enjoy these recipes!
Chicken & Carrot Stew
Quick Beef Burgundy
Turkey Gumbo

Kaye,
Thanks for these recipes. Although the weather herein Alabama isn't as cold as where you are, I love soups. And I always love collecting recipes.
